The 2nd IVR Japan International Conference is postponed to 2022. Given border restrictions placed in many countries including Japan, which are due to the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the organizing committee have discussed the conference schedule. As the result of our deliberation, we regret that we reached the conclusion that the safest choice is to postpone the conference until 2022. The new call for papers and panels is to be released in 2021. Thank you for your understanding. (May 25, 2020)
